Phillips and his team at our dental office are here to show you that there’s nothing to be nervous about. When you or your child comes in for your visit, we always welcome you with a smile. We take the time to get to know you and listen to your concerns, so our team can make adjustments to ensure a pleasant experience. We also love doing the little things, such as explaining to your children what they can expect from their visit in a level that they can understand or giving away character toothbrushes, and more. Lora

Office Coordinator

Lora has lived in Tennessee close to 44 years, with the exception of a short amount of that time spent living close to family in Oklahoma. She is a big time VOL fan and loves spending time with her husband Jerry and their two furry family members, Sadie and Loka. She started working in dentistry as an assistant in 1986 and graduated from ETSU as a Nationally Certified Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions. She loves the dental field and helping take care of Dr. Phillips’ patients.

Jill

Front Office Coordinator

Jill was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. She grew up in the Halls community and now lives in Powell. She has worked here for 21 years and has enjoyed getting to know each patient and make them feel special. She enjoys spending time with her family on the lake, watching UT football and just having some quiet times at home.
